The District:
The apartment is located in the Sépia residence, in the Hauts-Forts district, the very first neighborhood of Avoriaz. It enjoys a peaceful location while being right at the foot of the slopes and very close to the ski lifts.
You can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and the slopes.
In winter, as the resort is completely snow-covered, the streets are skiable, and all the residences are ski-in/ski-out.
The Apartment:
This comfortable duplex can accommodate up to 6 people (ideally 4, but it can host up to 6). It is equipped with a kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils you may need during your stay.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows:

1 bedroom with a double bed upstairs, mezzanine, bathroom with WC

1 bedroom on the lower level with 2 bunk beds

2 sofa beds in the living room
The apartment includes an ensuite bathroom with WC, as well as an additional shower room with a WC.
It is also equipped with a washing machine, Wi-Fi connection and ski locker.
The security deposit will be taken by card imprint.
