• Are bed linen & towels included or not?
It depends from one accommodation provider to another. All the information is written in the description of the accommodation.
• Shall I do the final cleaning before leaving?

• Is there a cancelation insurance?
The cancelation insurance is either included in the rental price of the accommodation or can be added to the total amount before proceeding to the payment online.
Some accommodation providers however do not offer cancelation insurance (usually private owners).
• How much is the deposit?
The amount of the deposit depends on the accommodation provider. Usually, around 30% of the total amount of the booking must be paid.
• How can I pay the deposit ?
By credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) by logging to your account, by check (to be sent by mail) or by bank transfer (send us a bank transfer proof by email to confirm your booking).
• When shall I pay the balance?
Uusually 1 month before your arrival.
• At what time can I check-in & check-out?
Usually, the check-in can be done from 5 pm & the check-out until 10 am.
