The apartment is located in the Douchka Residence in the Falaise district, which is very popular not only for its proximity to the unloading docks, which facilitates the arrival and departure but also for the breathtaking view over the mountains & valleys surrounding.
The Falaise district is a rather quiet family district, close to the center of the resort where you can find all the entertainment, restaurants and shops.
A bakery, some restaurants & shops are also located in this area.
In Winter, the resort is completely snowy, the streets are skiable and therefore all the residences are ski-in & ski-out.
The Apartment:
This charming apartment with a maximum capacity of 6 people is equipped with a kitchen with all the necessary equipment you will need during your stay.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows:

Cancelation Policy:
The deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is made up to 1 month before the holiday.
For cancellations between 1 month and 15 days before the holiday, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. No refunds less than 15 days before the holiday.
No cancellations during the summer season.
