Very beautiful fully renovated apartment with lots of charm in an intimate residence: The Neva
Its location 200m from the underground car park and station reception gives it easy access for all travellers on the day of departure/arrival. You will be able to enjoy the Portes du Soleil domain directly from the residence (arrival and departure simply from the foot of the residence and ski locker to store your equipment).
With a lovely west-facing balcony, a beautiful view over the Super Morzine area you will enjoy a very bright living space.
On the 5th floor of the residence accessible by lift, the apartment is composed as follows:
- Pleasant entrance with shoe dryer (6 spaces) and plenty of space
- On the left there is a large bathroom with bathtub, suspended toilet, heated towel rail, vanity unit and mirror
- On the right after the entrance we find a second bathroom, smaller this time with a shower and heated towel rail.
- The living space opens on the left to 2 double sleeping areas (140x190cm to be verified) cabin type separated and elevated accessible via a step. 2 magnificent white glass partitions with blackout curtains allow you to separate these 2 sleeping corners from the living space.
- In the lounge there is a pleasant dining table and chairs as well as a large equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, induction hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and washing machine) with numerous storage spaces. In the lounge corner there are 2 armchairs, a coffee table and a bench as well as a connected TV (to be verified) with sound bar. Access to the comfortable balcony from this space.
- Ski locker
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 holidaymakers.
NON-SMOKING APARTMENT / NO PETS ALLOWED
You will have access to the entire apartment.
Our entire team is on site during your stay if needed.
The Falaise district is highly appreciated for its proximity to the car park and station reception. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment and many shops are at the foot of the building: supermarket, bakery, shops & restaurant.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the car park you can reach the apartment directly on foot (200m from the station reception)
