This magnificent renovated studio from 2020 is located on the 1st floor of the Sosna 2 residence.
Entrance leading to the bathroom with shower, sink unit &
its mirror, washing machine and WC.
Stairs descend to the living area.
When accessing the lounge on the right you will find a kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, combination microwave and small refrigerator.
On the left 2 large storage cupboards and a dining table with its 4 chairs.
On the right a large double bed.
A small step down leads to the lounge area consisting of a convertible sofa, an armchair, TV and coffee table.
Opposite a balcony facing due west with 2 chairs and a magnificent view over the domain and the Morzine valley.
You will have access to the entire apartment.
We are on site during your stay if needed.
The Dromonts district is a very quiet historic neighbourhood in Avoriaz with numerous chalets. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment. A public lift will allow you to easily reach the apartment after the day without pushing!
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort; once you've parked your car, you can reach the apartment by shuttle. Allow approximately £13 for the journey (bring cash) for the whole family.
