Presentation
The District:
This studio is located in the Dromonts district situated in the Thuya residence. It is very popular because of its very calm atmosphere thanks to the quiet street but also because it is very close to the heart of the resort as well as the Aquariaz swimming pool.
In winter, the Thuya residence is ideally located to reach the meeting point of the Evolution 2 ski school, the Village des Enfants ski school and the toboggan run.
In the summer, the children’s playground area and the meeting point for most of the events are also close by.
The Apartment:
This large triplex completely redecorated and very well equipped is ideal for people seeking comfort & modernity.
From the entrance hall, stairs open up to the ground floor where the living room & kitchen are. The cabin area & the bathroom with toilets are located on the floor below the ground floor.
Beds with new bedding are organized as follows:
Only dogs up to 30/35kg are allowed due to the lack of space in the studio. However, you will need to bring a large blanket to protect the sofa. A 50€ cleaning fee will be charged for any necessary additional cleaning needs due to dog hair.
The apartment is equipped with a drying washing machine, a fiber connection & all the necessary kitchen equipment you will need during your stay.
An assortment of teas will be available in the apartment as well as a connected speaker.

- 1 sofa bed with memory foam in the living room
- 1 cabin corner with 1 bunk bed for 2 people (the top mattress can not accommodate a person over 1m70)

Check-in can be made from 4 pm & check-out until 10 am on the day of departure.
In winter, the keys can be collected from 2 pm to 6 pm at Avoriaz Location, the rental agency directly, or at the unloading area, and in summer, until 6 pm. In case of late arrival, the keys can also be handed over 24h/24h at the unloading area upon request.
Cancelation Policy:
A refund of the amount paid will be made for any cancellation up to 60 days before your arrival.
For any cancellation between 60 to 30 days before your arrival, the deposit will be kept as a voucher to be used within 12 months for the same apartment.
The total amount of the booking is due for any cancellation made less than 30 days before your arrival.
Check-in can be made from 4 pm & check-out until 10 am on the day of departure.
In winter, the keys can be collected from 2 pm to 6 pm at Avoriaz Location, the rental agency directly, or at the unloading area, and in summer, until 6 pm. In case of late arrival, the keys can also be handed over 24h/24h at the unloading area upon request.
