L'Arketa, historic and emblematic chalet of Avoriaz is available for rental for winter 26/27.
Ideally located in a quiet setting in the Ardoisières promenade, this chalet suitable for 13 people has a total area of 320m2 and rare volumes.
Over a total of 4 levels the chalet is laid out as follows:
Level 0:
- Magnificent living space with a first open-plan kitchen area opening onto a beautiful dining room. (!!Please note the kitchen has a small oven!!)
- A few steps lead to the right to a pleasant reading corner with magnificent views over the Ardoisières valley and an open fireplace. On the left is the double-height lounge area with magnificent exposed beams typical of Avoriaz architecture by M. Jacques Labro. An angled bench allows for numerous seating options to enjoy the view of the high forts and the Arare sector. A balcony is accessible from the lounge.
Level 1:
- A large suite on the 1st level with views over the living area and a shutter system allowing you to isolate from it. A double bed (140cm) and at the back a bathroom with bathtub and double sink as well as a bidet. Separate WC. On the side we also have a dressing area with storage cupboards.
- From the master we have access via a suspended bridge to a new lounge/office comprising a fixed sofa, a desk and its bookcase and magnificent views over the Ardoisières.
Level -1:
- First children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a single bed
- Double bedroom with 140cm bed and storage
- Double bedroom with 140cm bed and storage cupboard as well as access to a running balcony which also serves the lounge area on this level.
- Lounge corner with bench
- Bathroom with bathtub and sink unit. Separate WC
Level -2:
- Twin Suite with 2 single beds and its bathroom with bath and WC
- Large suite with a seating area, extensive storage and a double bed, access to the balcony. At the entrance to this suite there is the bathroom area with a WC, a vanity unit and a shower.
The Chalet has 2 entrances on the service staircase (level 0 and -1) and each of these entrances has a storage area for ski equipment as well as an independent WC.
The rate includes end of stay cleaning, provision of towels and beds made up on arrival.

No refund within 7 days before your arrival.
