Comfort: Washing machine, dishwasher, combined oven, microwave, 4 vitro hobs, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus fruit press, TV, wifi, duvets, pillows and mattress included.

Additional services:
Every apartment and chalet is equipped with a flat-screen HD TNT and free high-speed wireless or wired internet connection.

Check-in & out:
In winter, check-in can be made from 4 pm at the welcome area and check-out until 10 am.
In the summer, check-in can be made from 3 pm at the agency and check-out until 10 am.

Cancelation Policy:
Total refund of the amount paid (excluding application fees) in the event of gov't restrictions 48 hours before your arrival (border closure, lockdown, travel restrictions).
No refund will be made in the event of COVID illness.
Cancellation is possible 1 month before your arrival. However, the amount paid will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
