Located on the 5th floor of the Crozats Residence, this apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Ideally positioned on the heights of the resort, it enjoys a prime location with an exceptional panoramic view over the surrounding mountains and the center of Avoriaz. From the south-facing balcony, soak up the sunlight throughout the day and admire the ever-changing scenery of the snow-covered peaks.
Access to the heart of the resort is quick and easy: a public passageway just a few meters from the residence allows you to reach the shops, restaurants, and entertainment areas in no time.
The apartment features a welcoming living area with a convertible BZ sofa bed (140x190 cm) offering sleeping space for two people. The living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything you need for your stay: 2-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. You’ll find all the comfort required for a pleasant and independent holiday.
The bedroom, separated from the living area by a sliding door, has two bunk beds (90x185 cm) — ideal for children or friends.
The bathroom includes a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing or hiking, and the toilet is separate for added convenience.
Sleeping arrangements for 4 guests (ideal for 2 adults + 2 children):
Convertible sofa bed (140x190 cm) in the living room
Two bunk beds (90x185 cm) in the bedroom
There is also a TV and internet access available (please note: the Selectis agency declines all responsibility in the event of a failure, interruption, or breakdown of the television or internet network, which are independent of the agency).
A ski locker is available on the ground floor of the residence.
Pets are not allowed.
Winter: Bed linen is delivered directly to your apartment and end-of-stay cleaning is included.
Summer: End-of-stay cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented as optional services. Please note: this accommodation is not part of the Multipass program.
