Chalet - ARDOISIERES 7 (CHALETAURORA)
Presentation
The Aurora Chalet is a pleasant semi-detached chalet located in the highly appreciated Falaise district (Ardoisières chalets). South-facing and on the edge of the cliff, it will allow you to enjoy the sun in perfect peace and quiet!
** The rental of the chalet allows you to enjoy a covered parking space in the plateau car park**
Its location 200m from the underground car park and the resort reception gives it easy access for all travellers on the day of arrival/departure. You can enjoy the Portes du Soleil ski area directly from your chalet (boulevard des skieurs 100m away).
With a pleasant and very well-equipped surface area, it is composed as follows:
Entrance level:
- Pleasant entrance with storage cupboard and ski boot stand. On the porch at the entrance of the chalet you can store ski or snowboard equipment in a locked locker
- Access to a separate toilet with washbasin.
- A door then leads to the living area consisting of a large equipped kitchen, a dining table and a beautiful living area opening onto a very large south-facing balcony. Magnificent view of the resort and the Hauts Forts.
Upstairs:
- The staircase on the ground floor will take you upstairs to a bathroom with a bathtub and a vanity unit as well as a toilet.
- A few steps will take you to the large master bedroom with storage and its own balcony.
- A small room with a single bench is also accessible from this level
Basement level (snow level):
- Second sleeping area consisting of 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms:
- First bedroom with 2 bunk beds and storage cupboard
- Bedroom with 2 twin beds as well as a storage cupboard. A mattress topper will allow the 2 twin beds to be joined together.
- First bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit
- Bathroom with shower and vanity unit
- Separate toilet
The Chalet can accommodate up to 7 holidaymakers.
NON-SMOKING CHALET / PETS NOT ACCEPTED
You will have access to the entire semi-detached chalet.
Our entire team is on site during your stay if needed.
The Falaise district is very popular due to its proximity to the car park and the resort reception. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment and many shops are nearby: supermarket, bakery, shops & restaurants.
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the car park you can reach the chalet directly on foot (200m from the resort reception)
