This magnificent fully renovated duplex studio is ideally located in the Le Thuya residence, on the Ardoisières promenade.
The entrance leads to the bathroom with bathtub and toilet as well as 2 large storage cupboards. Opposite, a few steps allow you to go up to the kitchen area (fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine...) This space also has a large dining table with 5 seats.
A typical walk in Avoriaz serves the lounge area composed of a convertible sofa, TV and base table. Access to a quiet balcony facing due west.
To the left of the kitchen area, a few steps allow access to the mezzanine where the sleeping area is located with 2 double beds (WARNING low ceiling space that does not allow standing up), TV and storage.
You will have access to the entire apartment.
We are on site during your stay if needed.
The Dromonts district is a very quiet historic neighbourhood in Avoriaz with numerous chalets. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment. A public lift will allow you to easily reach the apartment after the day without pushing!
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort; once you've parked your car, you can reach the apartment by shuttle. Allow approximately £13 for the journey (bring cash) for the whole family.
