Chalet - CHALET JHANET

All our apartments are situated in the Dromonts area, the historic part of Avoriaz where the exterior and interior architecture perpetuate the reputation and prestige of the resort: quiet and at the same time surrounded by allthe leisure amenities arranged by the Tourist Office. 
You can choose your residence or your apartment with us (subject to availability), and you will know your accommodation before you arrive. A description with pictures, map and guide are sent to youat the time of your reservation.

Subletting , contract transfer; forbidden 
General rental conditions apply in conformity with the law and regulations in force for all our rental apartments.   
Down payment  :  25% + fee at the time of booking and balance, tax and deposit on the arrival day.
 
Included : - the rental for the week (7 nights) and electricity, heating …
 
Not included : - the municipal holiday tax (1 € per day, per person  from 18 years old)   - the deposit  : between 500 and 2000 €, print of your credit card.   - agency fees : 25€ to 49€ € (paid with the deposit – down payment) - the cleaning at the end of your stay is made by the tenant               - renting of bed linen : complete kit (includes sheets, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels) Single kit (1 person, 1 single bed) : 19 €   - Double kit (2 people, 1 double bed) : 24 € delivered to your apartment.
Baby cot : 15€
Keys are delivered at our office Avoriaz Immobilier  in the Galerie Marchande, Place des Dromonts.
 
Services
 Television in every apartment. Free WIFI or wired access Internet in all the apartments and chalets. The Agency is not responsible for possible cuts or interruption of this access, which depends on the resort.

Winter 2022
Regarding the terms for COVID, we will reimburse rentals less the application fees, if there is a health restriction (ban on travel and ban on hosting).
