Brand new, modern, spacious and designed with high quality materials, this chalet has a capacity for 11 pax.
Built in a traditional ‘alpine’ style but with all the benefits of a new build; will make you feel settled in and relaxed from the moment you step in.
The private entrance opens out to a vast hallway which gives access to 4 bright en-suite double bedrooms (160x200cm), with large wardrobes, shower room with toilet. Going down the few steps you will find two other en-suites to the right. The 5th en-suite is ideal for 3 children, thanks to its bunk bed (80x200cm) and the pull-out trundle bed (80x200cm). The additional shared bathroom will guarantee you relaxation and well-being. A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer is at your disposal. Three of the en-suites have their own private balcony facing north-west.
The living area, 60sqm, includes a vast living room where you will have the opportunity to relax next to the central 3-sided fire place. Large bay windows and French doors brighten up the room and going outside, you can rest on the terrace facing north-east to take in the stunning mountain views.
The fully equipped open plan kitchen-dining room with American style fridge, dishwasher, oven, micro-wave, espresso coffee machine, closet wine cellar and central large granite worktop with induction stove and pull out extractor hood. You will find the large dining table opposite, great for sitting round a hearty meal.
Outside the front door on the right, you will find the ski locker; and a separate designated boot room with hangers and warmers is found in the first room on the right as you enter.
Each room and living room are fitted with a HD flat screen TV; and each shower room and bathroom is fitted with independent sound systems. Free WiFi access. The chalet is strictly non-smoking.

Additional Services:
Rates always include sheets delivered to the accommodation.
The Charme category accommodations always include welcome products and beds made on arrival.
Mid-week cleaning, wood for the fireplace, and towels are also included for chalets.

Check-in & out:
Check-in can be done from 5 pm and check-out until 10 am on the day of departure.
In winter, the keys can be collected until 10 pm and in summer until 6 pm. In case of late arrival, check-in can be done all night long on request.

Cancelation Policy:
The accommodation provider ensures a refund of 100% of the total amount paid in the event of a ski resort closure due to COVID-19. 95% of the total amount will be refunded to you on your bank account & 5% will be kept as a voucher to use for a future accommodation booking to be used within 18 months.
