Superb view and calm for this magnificent fully renovated apartment on the 3rd floor of the highly appreciated Thuya residence on the Slate Promenade.
With its 42m2 it will know how to seduce you thanks to its volumes and beautiful finishes. It is arranged as follows:
Beautiful entrance with storage allowing you to take off your shoes and leading to a lovely living space.
Just after the entrance, on the left, there will be an independent toilet.
On the right, the large bathroom with a double vanity unit and an Italian shower as well as an electric towel rail.
The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, large integrated fridge, washing machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle...) and the dining area with bench and tables are positioned under the mezzanine.
On the right before a few steps you will find the master bedroom with its large storage cupboard. The window overlooking the balcony will allow you to enjoy the sunsets and the view of the Morzine valley.
The living room has two benches, a TV with its stand, a speaker and access to a large balcony facing south/west.
From the living room, it is also possible to access the pleasant mezzanine with its double bed.
The apartment has a ski locker in the entrance of the residence.
You will have access to the entire apartment.
We are on site during your stay in case of need.
The cleaning package includes made beds upon arrival and the provision of towels.
The Dromonts district is a very quiet historic district of Avoriaz with numerous chalets. You can easily access the ski slopes from the apartment. A public elevator (just opposite - Sassanka residence) will allow you to easily return to the apartment after the day without pushing!
Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the car park you can reach the apartment by snowcat. Expect around £13 for the journey (bring cash) for the whole family.
