Selectis Avoriaz Holiday Rentals provides you with a wide range of properties to choose from.
Winter
All apartments have a TV and free Internet connection (Wi-Fi or Cable).

The price includes: accommodation, electricity and water, TV, Internet, end of stay cleaning (except kitchen), cleaning kit and cancellation insurance offered by the agency.

The price does not include: file fees (31€), tourist tax (1€ per day per adult)

Travel cot (fitted mattress included) and baby table seat: 29€ per week (delivered on arrival)

No pets allowed and apartments are no-smoking. 
Book your ski-pass with Selectis in order to get a discount and collect them on arrival in the agency with the keys of your apartment.

Winter 2022

Your contract includes a Cancellation Insurance offered by Selectis Avoriaz agency for one euro already included in the application fees, this insurance undertakes concerning the "COVID-19" to process any COVID-19 disease file and only disease (not the case-contact nor case-contact of case-contact ..)

In addition, Selectis Avoriaz Immobilier, wishing to make your stay as secure as possible, had taken strong measures to complete the Cancellation Insurance systems linked to Covid-19 for last winter.

Following the general satisfaction of our clients, the Selectis Avoriaz Immobilier agency is renewing these measures for this winter 2021/2022.

The Selectis Avoriaz Immobilier agency therefore undertakes to reimburse the sums paid - excluding administrative fees - for any cancellation of a stay following a complete national or regional confinement of the population set up by the government over the period reserved in connection with COVID-19 for this winter 2021/2022.

In the event of an interruption of stay for complete, national or regional confinement, the SELECTIS AVORIAZ IMMOBILIER agency also undertakes to reimburse the nights not consumed

 

We note that the insurance does not cover in any case the cancellation requests on the grounds of case-contact or case-contact of case-contact, degradation of activities and / or events (closure of ski lifts, restorations, festivals and other activities or animations), therefore no request for reimbursement for this type of reason will be taken into account. No reimbursement can also be requested from the Selectis Avoriaz Immobilier agency for this type of reason.
